Triana from Spain
Hello! I am Triana and, generally speaking, I am a person who loves to travel, meet new people and cultures. I love exploring everything and challenging myself.
I come from Spain and I followed the conventional paths that we are supposed to. I went to University after high school, but at some point, I realized that I wanted a change, I needed something else so I started working and travelling around the world as much as I could. Trying to find my place, trying to know more about the person I am and the person I want to be and of course a motivation to do what I really want. That was an eye-opening experience as I understood that something must change in the society to make our world a better place to live in.
While planning one of those trips I met a guy who gave me the information about DNS and I am very grateful he did it because since the very first moment I saw the website I knew DNS is what I was looking for. I came for the Preparatory Weekend during the Peace Conference and I had the feeling that I was in the right place with the right people.
It is a challenging education where you can find people from many different places of the world, debate and make plans on how to be active in the society and start changing things!
I’m looking forward to following the programme with my team mates as it will shape our characters and our points of view. We will experience lots of things that will help us to get the skills and the tools to understand people and maybe change the thinking of our world.
“Be the change you want to see in the world!”
