Dining Hall + big kitchen

We have a professional kitchen - Marianne , our cook is in charge !

All of us at DNS and in the other school units are part of a kitchen rota, which meens we all help at some time during each weekday to prepare the meals for up to 150 people. Marianne is running a strict regime in "her" kitchen, and we all follow it - since we are really happy to enjoy her good food. We still remember, how it was in the "old" days , where only us - the unprofessional ones have been cooking. When we have big arrangements, sometimes for up to 700 people we make big groups for all tasks - one of them, and a very important one is the kitchen group. You can learn a lot of organizing skills when you prepare food for many people.

DNS and PTG have the responsibility to make the kitchen rotas for cooking dishwashing and cleaning.
