9. Why are the teachers living together with the students doing the same activities?

What do the teachers do while the students are crossing Africa by bus, earning money for their education, functioning as a group of teachers in a town and experimenting with finding the best learning and teaching methods?
He/she is as a participant on equal terms; his conditions are identical to those of the group.
It is within the group, as a fully accepted and equally working mem­ber of the group that he has the best conditions to function accord­ing to his objective: through his greater experience to provide meaningful contributions to the development of the group and each individual.
It is the team teacher’s great opportunity to train the future teachers to be teachers. It is also their great opportunity to learn how such a person acts and works – how they themselves should later act or most cer­tainly should not act.
